The beautiful white-sand West Bay Beach is truly a World-Class destination (where you can rent snorkel equipment, beach chairs, kayaks, canoes, jet skis, as well as find lots of great places for eats and drinks...or just kick back and relax, swim and enjoy living on Island Time!) Protected by the offshore reef, this is a wonderful sea grass and rock-free beach with powder-soft sand unlike any other beach on Roatan...it is groomed and maintained daily.

• Depart Roatan's dock 30 to 45 minutes after your ship begins disembarkation.
• 25-minute scenic drive to West Bay Beach.

While visiting West Bay Beach, you can check out the amenities available at various West Bay Beach Resorts -- additional fees vary. You can rent beach chairs for $5 to 7 each or just use the free beach access and snorkel for free at other places up-and-down the mile long West Bay beach. These beach resorts do not take reservations and are availble on a first come, first serve basis. Your driver will be able to inform you of the pricing for the various locations!
