Tour Information...

We'll do everything we can to make your visit to Roatan perfect. We offer three basic private "tours" which can be customized to your individual requirements, as well as a new group tour, the "Zip and Dip -- Canopy/Beach Excursion":

The "Best of Roatan" Tour -- Look over the photos on our site, read previous guests' reviews and let us know your interests! Snorkeling from the beach, Zip Lines, the Iguana Farm, the Cameo Factory, Shopping, Monkeys...just let us know what you'd like to see! We'll do our best to fit as much (or as little!) into your visit to Roatan as possible. We call it the "Best of Roatan" because you tell us what is the "best" tour for you!

Offshore Reef Snorkeling Tour -- If you'd like to see the best reef, travel by boat from the West End. Our boat guides will show you the best snorkeling, which you'll enjoy for at least an hour...offshore and away from the cruise ship crowds!

Roatan Fishing Experience -- Join our experienced Roatan fishermen as they help you to experience some of the best sport fishing available. With many years of local fishing experience, our guides will help you as you troll for Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, Tuna, Wahoo or Marlin. Or, if you prefer, bottom fish for Jacks, Snapper or Grouper.

NEW for 2009! Tropical Spa Treatment at Spa Baan Suerte -- Enjoy a special treatment while others in your group zipline, snorkel or fish! Book an appointment with Nedenia at Spa Baan Suerte and leave the transportation to us! While some in your group get the exhilaration of the zipline, you will enjoy the tranquility of a world class spa treatment. Once you receive your Spa booking, just let us know the time of your appointment and we'll take care of the rest! Click here for the available spa services and pricing from Spa Baan Suerte.

NEW for 2009! Our "Zip-N-Dip" Excursion -- Is your group only interested in the zipline and beach? This tour does not feature "add-ons" like the Best of Roatan tour...it's specially designed for those that just want to Zip on the Ziplines...then enjoy a Dip at West Bay Beach!

On this group excursion, you will travel with others from your ship by van to the Mayan Canopy Zipline for a fun-filled jungle canopy experience. From there, we will transport you to beautiful West Bay Beach where you can spend the rest of your day relaxing, swimming, snorkeling the reef...just enjoying the Island Life! (While on West Bay Beach, you will be able to rent beach loungers, clear kayaks, jet skis, etc. as well as enjoy many places for food and island beverages.) At a pre-arranged time, your group will return to the ship.

We're proud of our home...Let us show you our Roatan!

Sadly, another tour day comes to an end at the cruise ship dock.

Booking a Bodden Tour

We prefer that you book in advance (from our Contact page), and pay in cash at the conclusion of your Bodden Tours trip.

Due to Dock Requirements, You Must PREBOOK Your Bodden Tour! Please bring a print out of your e-mail confirmation when you disembark your vessel, it will help to make sure that we get you with the correct driver. Your tour is only as long as you want it to be -- the sooner you get off your ship and meet our representative, the faster we can get you on your way! For an example, due to the popularity of the Zipline Canopy Tours, wait times can range from 15 minutes to 1 hour, or more. Once your zipline begins, it usually takes 45 minutes to get to the bottom of the Zipline course. The sooner we can get you to the zipline (always our first stop), the faster you will be zipping through the jungle...and the quicker we can get you started on the remainder of your tour!

We'll be waiting for you at the Cruise Ship Dock, which is currently undergoing lots of construction! As you exit your ship, please exit the dock through the gate, past the various ship-sponsored tours. You will then need to cross the small street and look for our representative holding a "VICTOR BODDEN" sign. Cesar, our Bodden Tours representative will greet you on the sidewalk across the small street. We will NOT have any representatives inside any tour booth, so look for the "VICTOR BODDEN" sign!

Be advised, many other independent tour companies want your business, too! We pride ourselves on our tours, and are happy that you have selected Bodden Tours as your hosts during your Roatan port stop! You will be approached by representatives of many of these other tour companies. We ask that you tell them your tour is already set, and head toward the Victor Bodden representatives in front of and to the left of the wooden tour booth.

Keep in mind, the faster you get off the ship...and the faster you make it to a Bodden Tours representative, the quicker your tour can begin. This will insure a nice, long, relaxing tour of our wonderful island.

Once you are greeted by a Bodden Tours representative, you will be checked in and escorted to your private vehicle. This is when you will meet your Bodden Tours driver, your tour guide for the day. Our representative will go over, with the driver present, the tour that you have requested...including any special requests. Please feel free to ask any and all questions, that's what we are here for!
